Dear Winter League Players
With Christmas now a dim and distant memory it is time to resume the winter league season and work off a few of those extra pounds. There has been a bit of wheeling and dealing in the transfer market over the mid season break but working with limited budgets the activity probably hasn’t made the headlines. Unfortunately most of the changes have been enforced through injury so on a serious note, one piece of advice I would share with everyone especially with the weather starting to deteriorate – be very cautious when using ladders and avoid if possible.
The fixtures for tomorrow are below and please note we are still on the earlier start (10:00 am for the first match) for the last time – next time we will revert back to 10:32 as the days start to lengthen. Please keep up the pace to allow the later matches to finish in good time.
