Played in weather akin to the height of Summer, this year’s Easter Cup was fiercely contested by 102 members of SWGC. A fantastic turnout leading to a very lively, al-fresco prize-giving!
Prizes were given out to 12th place meaning scores of nett 71 were in the prizes, one unfortunate member just missing out on countback.
One man stood apart with a fine round of 1 under par 71, (nett of 67) and this year’s winner of both Easter Cup (best net) and Anniversary Cup (best gross) was your very own Robbie Leach -Lewis.
THANK YOU to everyone who supported this event and I look forward to seeing even more at the forthcoming competitions; St Georges, Inaugural, Pete Todd, Club Championship etc etc
If you can, please stay for the prize givings, they are a great social event, weather permitting they will continue to be held on the patio and tend to throw up one amusing story or another…
