The 2018 Hickory Pairs competition, a tough pairs aggregate stableford format where both players scores have to count, was held on Sunday 28th October.
34 pairs competed in a bright, cold and breezy day for this year’s trophy.
Congratulations go to the pairing of Charlie Norton and Kevin Wenman who, with a great combined stableford points score of 75, secured victory and the Trophy.
Congratulations and other prizes on the day went to :-
2nd place – Shaun Cook and Dave Waite with 74 points
3rd place – Richard Bligh and Nick Clark with 72 points
4th place – Rob Atton and Dave Atton with 71 points
5th place – Mark Neilson and Paul Kille with 71 points
The entry sheets for the Captains Drive In (Sun Dec 2) and the Christmas Knock Out (Sun Dec 9) events are posted on the main notice boards so please do put your names down for these great competitions.
