Kevin Dew and James Harrison defeated Simon Hammond and Nick Tout in the Covid delayed final of the winter greensomes KO this afternoon. Simon and Nick giving 5 shots raced into a 3 up lead through 3 which they maintained through 8 holes. Losing 9 to a shot, Kevin and James went on a run to also win 10-11-12 to go one up. Poor tees shots on 14 from Tout and Hammond lost that hole as well, before a kind bounce on the pond bank for Kevin meant the final shot hole (15) was won. 3 up saw the match closed 3&2 with a half on 16.
