Lindsay, Bob, Josh and I look forward to welcoming over 120 SWGC members to the Drive-In and Christmas Cup this Sunday.
This being the first event of our Year we thought it may be helpful to provide some advance information on the day, in the hope we can assist the day running smoothly and being enjoyable for everyone.
In a slight change to previous years we will start the day at 9am with our 2018 Captains: Stevie, Jane, Roger and Michael “putting out” on the 18th Green as we say thank you once again for their efforts and commitment to the club and its members over the past 12 months. We then move up to the First Tee for the eagerly anticipated traditional Drive-In.
Shotgun Start we expect at 9.30am but will be dependent on Putt-Out and Drive-In

Available from 7:30 am please aim to have completed your registration by 8.30am
FRONT 9 starts Table 1 on left as you enter
BACK 9 starts Table 2 on right as you enter

Days Competition £7 ALL entrance fee revenue is being allocated to Christmas Cup prizes
*4 Pegs £4 ALL revenue for sales will go to the CHARITY (see below)
Additional pegs £1 4 more makes it a nice round £15 and keeps Treasurer happy

Peter and Lindsay’s chosen Charity for this year is the RAINBOW CENTRE at FAREHAM – a separate notice will follow giving more detail:
A centre of excellence for conductive education, helping children with cerebral palsy, their families and adults recovering from strokes or with MS/Parkinson’s.
